Classic Fruity Oat Bars

You know how you sometimes watch your friends eat something like a granola bar and only dream about what that used to feel like, well, with this simple oat bar recipe you can make your dreams come true again!

I absolutely love a granola bar for breakfast or a quick on the go snack so when I stumbled upon this GF/SF alternative I knew I had to share it. It’s super simple to make and comes out of the oven smelling so heavenly. The best part is you can use almost any ingredient you have on hand that you can tolerate–chocolate, coconut chips, fruit, peanut butter. The list of ingredients and the possibilities are endless!

You can even heat it up in the microwave for 15 seconds after a few days and it tastes just as fresh as the first day you made it. Give it a taste test. I bet you’ll never want one of those boring store-bought granola bars again.
