
Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I love using my leftover turkey for every meal as creatively and inventively as I can. This is the perfect recipe to do just that!
I learned from a friend a few years ago about how to perfect picadillo and I’ve paired it with everything from ground turkey, chorizo, and ground beef and even chicken.
I wanted to share the recipe I use in my Instant pot but you can use any kind of meat you want with the spices, and I promise it will come out tasty on every occasion. The older I get though the more spicy I like mine so I’ve started adding a can of green chiles and it’s probably the best decision I’ve made.
