If there’s one thing I know about myself, I adore a good cookie, but it’s a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie I can never say no to. I remember when I was younger, and I’d go to Subway with my parents (back when I could eat bread and everything else under the sun without any real consequences.) In the end, I’d look at the cookie case and beg my parents for the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie to go with my sandwich.
While I still love a good cookie, I know I can’t just go to Subway or order them from a bakery as some people can, so I’ve spent time getting the recipe down to how I like it. It can be our little secret if you want to keep eating these all by yourself. Remember to screenshot the recipe, tell me how it went, or give me a follow on Instagram!
